Our story

A magazine, not a storefront

Ellie & Ever began as a personal collection of ideas worth keeping: a folded linen on a kitchen chair, a candle set for a small dinner, a weekend walk that inspired a new way to pack a bag. I wanted a publication that felt calm and considered, where each idea is shown with enough context to understand how it works in everyday life.

Every article is written to be useful first. Images are chosen for their light, texture, and atmosphere, and product recommendations are kept clearly separate from the editorial voice that informs them.

Our editorial tenets

How we choose what we share

Three guiding principles shape every idea, article, and recommendation on the site.

Everyday utility

Useful in real life

We favor ideas that fit an ordinary home, calendar, and budget, and we explain how each one is used day to day.

Natural aesthetics

Calm, lived-in beauty

Soft light, natural textures, and uncluttered styling guide our picks, so each find feels at home rather than staged.

Transparent guidance

Clear about every link

Affiliate relationships are disclosed plainly, and recommendations are chosen for their merit and practical value, not for hype.
